Civic Engagement Day Encourages Students to be Active Participants in Political Landscape

What do you think about how the federal government handled the coronavirus pandemic? What values do you share with your community? Do you feel the looting and rioting associated with the Black Lives Matter protests were justified?
They weren’t the typical introductory questions one might expect at a speed dating-style event, but they got Lehigh students talking on Tuesday during “Civic Engagement Day,” a day of discussions and presentations meant to help students learn from each other about different political views and beliefs.
