Jessica Davidson Marinaro '04

An avid lover of the performing and visual arts from a young age, Jessica Davidson graduated from Lehigh University in 2004 with a BA in Economics and a duel minor in Museum Studies and Philosophy. At Lehigh, Jessica was VP of Finance of Alpha Chi Omega (AXO) sorority, co-captain of the Dance Team and a volunteer at the Lehigh University Art Galleries.

Jessica started her professional career at Accenture, specializing in finance and performance management, and then pivoted into the art world after receiving her Master's Degree in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art. She held positions in prominent New York City galleries, including James Graham & Sons on the Upper East Side and Lehigh Heller Gallery in Chelsea, where as a Director she worked with over 30 contemporary artists, placing their works in some of the world’s top private and institutional collections. She also served as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Bidsquare, a curated online marketplace featuring live and timed fine and decorative art auctions.

Jessica launched Davidson Art Advisory LLC in 2017 as a boutique fine art consulting firm that provides advisory and acquisition services to private collectors and art consulting services to corporate clientele. Focusing on contemporary art by emerging and mid-career artists, Jessica assists both connoisseurs and novices build special, highly personal collections by helping them cultivate their tastes, explore the art market strategically, acquire works they love, and effectively manage their collection.

Jessica is also passionate about championing artists and art businesses engaged with new technologies and recently served as the lead Art Consultant for Artrendex, a VC-backed startup focused on artificial intelligence solutions for the art market. She has continued to expand her knowledge of the digital art market and associated art forms, including virtual and augmented reality, generative and AI art, experiential art and, most recently, NFT’s.

Born on the West Coast and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Jessica spent 17 years living and working in Manhattan and now resides in Nutley, New Jersey with her fiancé, Carmine.
