Nina McNeely Diefenbach currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Deputy Director for Advancement at the Barnes Foundation, where she oversees Development, Membership, Marketing, and Communications, and is responsible for maximizing and expanding the Barnes's public profile and increasing philanthropic support from all sources. Before coming to the Barnes in April of 2016, she worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art for 34 years, most recently as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, a position she was elected to in 2004. In addition to her work at the Barnes Foundation, Ms. Diefenbach is deeply involved with her alma mater, Trinity College, in Hartford, CT, where she served as a trustee from 2010 – 2018. She is the parent of two Lehigh graduates, Class of ’12 and ’13.
