Art After Dark: Personal Mandalas with LUAG + Lehigh After Dark

Join us for a creative and relaxing Art After Dark night inspired by Tibetan Buddhist Thangkas from LUAG’s Permanent Collection. Participants will begin by taking a self-portrait using our instant cameras, then hear from LUAG Student Museum Educator, Ayushka Dhakal, about the meaning and symbolism found in these works. With this new insight, you’ll create your own personal mandala, including your photograph, colors, patterns, and symbols that hold personal meaning. Materials provided!
Take time to unwind, reflect, and connect through this meditative art-making experience.
No registration required. This event is open to Lehigh University students only.
