The Art of Caregiving

Participants will learn about valuable resources available through the Pennsylvania Caregiver Toolkit presented by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and explore practical ways to support and protect brain health through an engaging presentation from AARP. The program will conclude with an interactive arts experience created in partnership with Lehigh University Art Galleries and the Allentown Art Museum, offering caregivers an opportunity to relax, reflect, and connect through creativity. Whether you are caring for a spouse, parent, family member, or friend, this event will provide practical tools, meaningful connections, and moments of renewal.
