Join us for the opening reception and celebration of the exhibition Really Free: The Radical Art of Nellie Mae Rowe. Open bar with light hors d’oeuvres will be available; refreshments are first come, first served.
Prior to the reception from 5:30-6:30 pm is a Guest Lecture, “Self-Taught Artists and the National Identity” with Katherine Jentleson PhD., the Merrie and Dan Boone Curator of Folk and Self-Taught Art at the High Museum of Art, Atlanta .
This event is free and open to the public.
FREE Parking will be available on levels 2-4 in the Zoellner Parking Garage after 4:30 pm located adjacent to the Zoellner Arts Center.
