LUAG@Lunch: Exploring Identity Through Art with Diversity Peer Educators

April 1, 2022 1:00PM to 2:00PM
LUAG Main Gallery

This workshop will explore the different social identities & its intersections through the artwork of Sadie Barnette currently on view in the exhibition Young, Gifted and Black. In identifying the ways in which an artist captures their own individual identities through their artwork, we hope that this workshop will help members of the Lehigh Community better understand how to identify their own individual identities in the context and conjugation of being a member of the greater Lehigh Community, locally and globally.

LUAG@Lunch is a student-led series featuring informal discussions around a variety of topics. Join us as Lehigh students share their insights and personal perspectives about great works of art in Lehigh’s permanent collection
