Connect & Create: From Digital Sketch to Mixed-Media Masterpiece with Brandon Dominguez

Join us for an inspiring hands-on workshop with artist Brandon Dominguez! In this session, Brandon will guide you through the creative process of transforming an idea from sketch to finished digital artwork—and then explore how those digital creations can be reimagined across other mediums. Learn tips and techniques for digital drawing and illustration, while also discovering how Brandon brings his characters and concepts to life as paintings, AR images, vector art, and more.
Through this workshop, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the creative possibilities of digital art—an often-overlooked medium—and how it can serve as a powerful tool for expanding into more traditional and experimental forms of art. With Brandon’s guidance, you’ll have the chance to create something uniquely your own and explore new ways to express your creativity.

About the Artist
Brandon Dominguez, born in Mexico, and now an Allentown resident, is a boundary-pushing contemporary artist navigating the realms of abstract and pop art. At the heart of his creative universe are the iconic characters Brian(the Brain) and Moonie(the Moonie), who take center stage in his vivid compositions. Dominguez masterfully employs vibrant colors, crisp lines, and dynamic motion to convey the universal spectrum of human emotions. Influenced by the whimsical charm of rubberhose animation, his work invites viewers on a journey to explore the essence of creativity and the myriad emotions that make us uniquely human. In each piece, Dominguez seeks not only to showcase his artistic prowess but also to unravel the intricacies of what it means to be a creative being. His art spans from painting on canvas to AR and 3D work, art toys, and street art. Dominguez's work has been exhibited in multiple galleries across the state and is collected worldwide.
