Student-Led Program | Tackling Artist’s Block: A Practice in Drawing Meditation

March 20, 2026 12:15PM to 1:15PM
LUAG Main Gallery

Artist’s block is a barrier to creative expression. Abstract art provides an outlet for overcoming the barrier of creation, where the process holds more importance than the aesthetic appeal or alignment to reality. Join Museum Educator, Thomas Kaspereen, on a guided exploration of works from LUAG’s Here and Now: 100 Years of LUAG, 100 Local Artists, followed by a hands-on activity designed to help you escape the confines of perfectionism in your art-making practice.
