Student-Led Program | Transcend the Mind: An Immersive Experience with Mindfulness and Art

Writing may be daunting at times, and looking at art may seem pointless; yet, there presents an opportunity to indulge in both as a form of self-exploration. Join Kira Miller and ICAPE in our first creative writing and mindfulness workshop, Transcend the Mind. The arts remain one of the constants in storytelling about culture, history, and all that came before us. In this workshop, journey down a path of creative freedom and self-expression as we tell our stories through pieces from our Here and Now exhibition!

Kira Miller is a fourth-year student and Psychology major, and a museum educator at LUAG. Kira is currently conducting research on Marketing Communications and a Creative Director for Modeling Club. Outside of academics, she enjoys dabbling in fashion styling and antiquing. By working with LUAG, she’s passionate about creating a strong community through the arts for Lehigh students and the Greater Bethlehem Area.
