Sketch & Stretch: Looking Back and Reaching Forward with UCPS

Start your day with Lehigh University Art Galleries! Connect with works of art and ease into the morning. Each session will feature movement and sketching prompts to help you explore the gallery and enjoy a soft start to your day! Gallery lights will be dimmed; coffee and light breakfast snacks will be provided.
No previous experience in either stretching or sketching is required! This program is free, and all are welcome.

Access Note: Floor mats, floor cushions, and chairs will be available for participants. Participants are invited to follow along with self-paced movement prompts and encouraged to modify or skip stretches based on their comfort and needs.
