Yoga for Every Body with Larissa Noto of The Lovely Little Lotus

October 23, 2026 8:30AM to 9:30AM
LUAG Lower Gallery, Zoellner Arts Center

Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and join us for an afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and connection. Led by experienced yoga instructor Larissa Noto of The Lovely Little Lotus, Yoga for Every Body offers a welcoming space for adults of all experience levels to explore yoga at their own pace.

Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, soothing sounds, and moments of quiet reflection, participants will be invited to reconnect with their bodies, settle the mind, and make space for well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, modifications and options will be offered to support different bodies, abilities, and comfort levels.

Come as you are—no previous yoga experience is necessary.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat; a few loaner mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to bring your own yoga blocks or yoga strap if you like.  However, pose modifications will be given so that you can meet yourself where it feels comfortable for your body during each class.

Space is limited to 12 participants. Advance registration is encouraged.

If you require assistance filling out this form, prefer to share your registration information via email or phone, or have questions, concerns, or any accessibility needs, please email Elise at ejs421@lehigh.edu or call 610-758-6882.
