Step into the vibrant world of Keith Haring! Join educators from Lehigh University Art Galleries to learn about Haring’s life, activism, and artistic practice, and view prints of his work on display in the Fairchild-Martindale Library. Engage in discussion with student staff from the Gender Leadership and Empowerment Center and The Pride Center regarding Haring’s life and work.
After the discussion, head outside to “chalk the walk” and create your own inspired drawings in the spirit of Haring’s bold and playful style.
While you’re here, don’t miss PastFORWARD: LGBTQ+ Artists: Show and Tell, an exhibition presented by Lehigh University Art Galleries. Learn more about the exhibition here.
This program is open to Lehigh University students, staff, and faculty.
