Student-Led Tour: Shh! A Silent Tour of What Matters Most in the Fairchild-Martindale Library

April 21, 2023 4:00PM to 4:45PM
Fairchild Martindale Library (meet on STEPS Lawn)

Join LUAG Student Museum Educator, Jackson Darling ‘24, on a tour of What Matters Most in Fairchild-Martindale Library. On this tour, we’ll answer the question: how does silence help us think about and appreciate art? After an introduction outside the STEPS building, we'll explore works from artists like Keith Haring, Peter Turnley, Tatiana Parcero, and Jaune Quick-to-See Smith to help recontextualize our understanding of art and of ourselves.

Jackson Darling ‘24 is a third year transfer student at Lehigh majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Museum Studies, Film Studies and Computer Science. This is his first semester with LUAG. In his free time, Jackson enjoys film, hiking and music.
